Evoluwonder

Full bodied weizen due to the excess use of malts. Part of the wheat malt that characterizes this style of beer has been replaced with spelt, an old wheat variety. The Evoluon was ‘off ered’ to the city of Eindhoven in 1966 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Philips. It was a sign for technological progress.
