Beer Christmas bread, with a touch of dark beer in the dough
Mini-croissant with sweet treats & homemade jam
Blini with smoked salmon, cream cheese & citrus pearls
Carpaccio wrap with truffle cream, aged cheese & hazelnut
Pumpkin soup with roasted seeds & a hint of ginger

Croque Bites (selection: Cheese, mushrooms, beer bitterbal)

Beer ragout in pastry (made with the brewery’s seasonal beer)
